Wish I Could

wish i could really fly
soaring, gliding across the big blue sky
to speed across the greeny hills
and touch a blade of grass, how it feels~!

wish i could really swim
stretch my fingers underwater as if to catch a dream
to dive the ocean depths beyond mortal ken
and reach the neverending chasm's end, i wonder if i can!

wish i could really dance
swing my body as if in a heavenly trance
to sway these feet with a skip under the sun
and flow with great music, as if we are one!

wish i could really sing
hum a tune so pleasant, it sounds like spring
to dazzle and audience with my voice
and drive their worries away, as if they had a choice~!

wish it could all be true
and not just something i think out of the blue
to be the best in everything i do
