“Xiao Xue, please step forward. You will be appointed as the Lieutenant of the Crimson Phoenix Division (朱雀部) and taking care of the Hall of Justice (仁政廳). You will lead the Crimson Phoenixes in collating information and on counter-espionage matters." A scroll of appointment was handed to her.

Lu Pei was honoured at receiving his seal of office. It was not the captaincy he wanted but no doubt that and more would follow in the years to come. He would have to get to know his fellow Lieutenant, Xiao Xue. He never liked working with women as few had the competance to complete their jobs to an acceptable degree. Yet this one was pretty enough. She must be kept away from the men who didn't need them distracted by unatainable women. Perhaps he should introduce himself.
He wandered over to Xiao Xue. "Congratulations on your appointment Lady Xiao," Lu said bowing his head. "It appears you and I will be working together from here on. I look forward to your company."
Lu looked at her. She was a young girl perhaps half his age. She had a thin figure and quick eye that hid something dangerous and perhaps deadly. Lu pei was intrigued.
Little Lady Xiao walked away from the thick of the crowd
All of them clapping, singing, and rejoicing out loud~
Little Lady Xiao gently took the scroll with a honored bow
Laughing as she did, savoring the moment called now~
Little Lady Xiao turned, oddly feeling this was important
And the smile on her face, was both clear and triumphant~
Little Lady Xiao quickly left and tried to avoid attention
For now she was Lieutenant; Crimson Phoenix Division~
Little Lady Xiao moved in the hubbub of various accents
Silently directing, nodding at their hidden secret agents~
Little Lady Xiao then noticed Lieutenant Lu Pei speaking
Bowing in return; "A pleasure to meet, lets start working"~
